Dear customers,
in case you are returning the goods by reason of a warranty claim, withdrawal from the agreement without stating the reason or you are requesting an exchange of the goods, please, pay attention to the following information on how to carry out the return or the exchange. In any case, please:
1) Pack the goods in a corresponding and suitable manner, preferably using the original packaging.
2) Enclose all the necessary documents to the goods and all of the parts of the goods.
3) Send the parcel with the goods to the address SOFA Dog Wear PRODUCTION, s.r.o., Strojírenská 259/16, 15521 Praha 5 - Zličín, Czech Republic.
In case:
1. You are sending the goods by reason of a warranty claim (the goods has defects): Enclose the certificate of warranty to the goods or the copy of the proof of purchase of the goods and filled-out warranty record that you will find HERE. Please, describe carefully what defects does the goods have and when you’ve discovered them. We will get in touch on how we’ve resolved the warranty claim. We will reimburse you for all the postage fees if the warranty claim is justified. If you have received any gifts along with the goods, they are yours and you don’t have to send these back to us. You will find the wording of your rights from the defects of the goods in the Terms and Conditions, article 6.
2. You are returning the goods purchased in our e-shop by reason of a withdrawal from the agreement within the legal period of 14 days (without the necessity to state the reason): You will send us the withdrawal from the agreement, you will find the form for the withdrawal HERE, and within 14 days, also the goods itself. Return the goods that is not worn out, in its original packaging and with the manual and all the necessary documents and parts that you have received along with it, and also in a clean and original state, so that you avoid unnecessary costs connected to the lowering of the value of the goods. Add any possible gifts that you have received along with the goods. After the delivery of the goods back to us or after you credibly prove its sending in accordance with the above-stated conditions, we will return the money back to you, including the postage paid for the order. The postage for the sending of the goods back to our address is paid by you.
3. You are sending back the goods because you have wrongly selected the size and you wish to exchange it: Please, send us the form for the exchange of the goods, where you state the request for the exchange of the goods and the correct size. You will find the form HERE. Return the goods that is not worn out, in its original packaging and with the manual and all the necessary documents and parts that you have received along with it, and also in a clean and original state, so that you avoid unnecessary costs connected to the lowering of the value of the goods. The postage for the sending of the goods to us and for the sending of the exchanged goods is paid by you. If you have received any gifts along with the goods, they are yours and you don’t have to send these back to us.
You may return the goods within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we can not accept the later exchange of goods.
4. You are sending back the goods, because you wish to exchange it for something else: Please, send us the form intended for the exchange of the goods and state the request for the exchange of the goods and stat, for which goods would you like to make an exchange (including the code of the goods, its size and colour). You will find the form HERE. Return the goods that is not worn out, in its original packaging and with the manual and all the necessary documents and parts that you have received along with it, and also in a clean and original state, so that you avoid unnecessary costs connected to the lowering of the value of the goods. The postage for the sending of the goods to us and for the sending of the exchanged goods is paid by you. If you have received any gifts along with the goods, they are yours and you don’t have to send these back to us.

Please, take into account, that the goods of the Seller are subject to international protection of intellectual and industrial property, especially the rights to trademarks and further to the protection of copyright and no one has the right to copy the goods of the Seller or to use it or its trademarks that the goods is labelled with counter to the effective legal regulations. The violation of the rights to intellectual property may be considered a criminal act. All the rights of the Seller in this respect are enforced by a law office and the violator bears all the related costs.
